PRE-ORDERS

Selected Marka Athens pieces may be available for pre-order before they arrive in stock.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve the item in advance and it will be delivered to you once it becomes available.

Each Marka Athens piece is produced in limited quantities, allowing you to secure one of the available pieces before release.

PAYMENT

Pre-orders require full payment at the time the order is placed in order to secure the item.

Once the order is confirmed, the item is reserved specifically for the customer.

DELIVERY

The estimated delivery timeframe is 4–6 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimated and may occasionally vary due to production timelines.

SHIPPING

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the products will be shipped separately depending on availability.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS

Because pre-order items are reserved or produced in limited quantities, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
