Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your Mar.ka Athens purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund within 21 days from the date of delivery. This applies also to items purchased during seasonal sales or promotions.

Please note that products marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that are used, damaged, or missing their original packaging.

RETURNS SHIPPING & HANDLING

Returns are free of charge, however, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When sending back your return, ensure that the package are clearly marked with the statement:
“RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”

Please note that Mar.ka Athens cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of returned parcels. Any parcel missing the customer’s identification details (full name, address, and return code) will be refused.

REFUNDS

Shipping and handling fees paid on your original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed, and an additional 5–7 days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or bespoke items.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item and the new item has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Exchanged items will only be dispatched once the returned products have passed quality inspection and are available in stock at the time of the exchange.
