Orders & Shipping
We aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated (for example in the case of pre-order items). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order products, items may be shipped separately depending on availability.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Greece
Orders within Attica are typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
For the rest of Greece, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Shipping cost: Flat rate €5 per order.
Europe
Orders within Europe are typically delivered within 4–6 working days after dispatch.
Shipping cost: €20 per order.
Free shipping is offered for orders over €250 within Europe.
Taxes & Duties
For orders shipped within the European Union, prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will be removed at checkout. Please note that additional customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged by local authorities upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Marka Athens is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
