RETURNS
We hope you are delighted with your Marka Athens purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Once the return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 10 days.
This policy also applies to items purchased during seasonal sales or promotional periods.
Please note the following conditions:
- Items purchased with a discount of more than 30% are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
- Items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items must be returned in unused and perfect condition, including their original packaging, tags, dust bag and any accompanying accessories.
Returns cannot be accepted for products that are:
- used or worn
- damaged, scratched or altered
- returned without their original packaging or tags.
In the case of unauthorised or non-standard returns, the items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
RETURN SHIPPING & HANDLING
Return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Marka Athens.
When returning your parcel, please clearly mark the package with the statement:|
“RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”
Marka Athens cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of returned parcels during transit.
Any parcel missing the customer’s identification details (full name, address and return reference) may be refused.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
After the refund has been issued, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Refunds will always be made using the original payment method.They can only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
For customers within the European Union, the original standard shipping cost will be refunded in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
For customers outside the European Union, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and may be deducted from the total refund amount.
EXCHANGES
If you request an exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Replacement items will only be dispatched once the returned goods have successfully passed quality inspection and are subject to product availability.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or bespoke items, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Miscellaneous
Force Majeure
Marka Athens shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver orders due to circumstances beyond its control, including adverse weather conditions, strikes or courier disruptions.
Modification of Terms
The website www.markaathens.com reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
